Living area - furnished with comfortable sofas, TV & music system. Large French windows open out to the spacious veranda.

The veranda - has a stunning view of the ocean.

Ground Floor - Leading from the open veranda is a bedroom, a study and a sitting area. The dining area is on the veranda. The antique terra cotta tiles on the ground floor makes the Abbey look cool and charming.

Bedroom - The bedroom has a double Queen-sized bed , mosquito nets, ceiling fan and is air conditioned with an en suite bathroom with ‘His’ and ‘Her’ wash basins.

Study - with a fan can be converted to an extra (small single) room if necessary.

Kitchen - A modern kitchen. Guests can watch the chef prepare gourmet dishes

From mid January to mid November one can step down from the Abbey garden to the soft sandy beach. Between mid November to the 1st week of January, there may be a sand movement and the soft sand might get washed away and is re-deposited within a few days, At this time it is a short walk to the beach. Occasionally sounds of passing vehicles can be heard.

Pool - An infinity pool with Jacuzzi.

The sea is safe for swimming and excellent for snorkelling within the reef lagoon.

The garden steps down to the beach through a grove of trees. Birds and butterflies shelter here during season giving photo opportunities to nature lovers.

Staff of 6 - chef, housekeeper, houseboy, gardener and night watchman

A Manager is on call and oversees day to day operations.
